ONE ON ONE
ONE ON ONE IS HARD TO DO.
ONE ON ONE IS ONLY TWO.
ONE ON ONE IS HOW WE LOVE.
ONE ON ONE WE PUSH AND SHOVE.
OUR LOVE IS NEW IT GROWS EACH DAY
AND FULL OF HOPE GROWS MORE EACH DAY.
	FORGET THE QUARRELS
	IGNORE THE FEARS.
	MOST FIGHTS ARE FOOLISH
	AND FILLED WITH TEARS.
ONE ON ONE WE MOVE ALONG
ONE ON ONE WE SING OUR SONG
ONE ON ONE MEANS GIVE AND TAKE
ONE ON ONE FOR OUR LOVE'S SAKE.
WE LEARN TO BEND AND TO FORGIVE
TO UNDERSTAND FOR WHAT WE LIVE.
	OUR LIVES ARE CHALLENGING
	WITH EVERY BREATH.
	OUR LOVE ETERNAL
	WILL NOT KNOW ITS DEATH.
TO LOVE ANOTHER FILLS ONE WITH JOY
TO MAKE IT WORK IS NOT SO EASY
WHEN ITS ON ITS NUMBER ONE
ONE ON ONE IS NUMBER ONE
ONE ON ONE WHEN YOU ARE ONE
	IT'S WORTH THE STRUGGLE
	AND WORTH THE PAIN
IT TAKES TIME AND PATIENCE TOO
IT HELPS TO TRY ANOTHERS' SHOE.
WHEN YOU HAVE WON YOUR PARTNER'S LOVE
THEN YOU ARE ONE AND RISE ABOVE.
ONE ON ONE ON ONE ON ONE
NUMBER ONE ON ONE ON ONE.

IT'S SO HARD TO BE THE BAD GUY
It's so hard to be a bad guy
the one they all blame -
It's so hard to be the fall guy
        The one they always shame.
        They seldom blame the woman
more than likely it's the man -
The one that leaves his children
is the one that gets the blame.
The man that leaves his children
is the one that bears the pain.
There's no whiskey I have found
that drowns the guilt a bit -
        The pain of that desertion
        cannot be cured by drink.
        The pain of that desertion
is in the heart to stay -
        The pain of that desertion
        can make the mind decay.
The guilt and shame and hurt
can drive a man to drink.
The guilt and shame and hurt
can take you to the brink.
The pain a man will suffer
        no one ever could imaginme
the world that's all around us
        won't even let us cry.
I would rather lose a leg or arm
then kids and all their charm.
The pain of losing half your heart
        could never be described.
the pain of saying those good-byes
        whenever we all part.

BALL OF LIGHT
A Ball of Light you may see soon.
So don't feel faint - no need to swoon.
This Ball of Light glows with love.
This Ball of Light comes from above.
It bears a message for you to hear.
If it says "Love, do not fear."
It will not damage (violate) your free will.
It will not force you if you say "nill".
This Ball of Light has come before.
It came to Saul in the days of yore.
This Ball of Light in side it three
comes here to help us - you and me.
This Ball of Light called Merkavah
is not a space ship from Shambalah.
This Ball of Light glows with love.
This Ball of Light comes from above.
A light of earth can't make it glow - glow so bright.
A light of earth can't glow so white.
This Ball of Light glows with love.
This Ball of Light comes from above.
This Ball of Light brings peace and love.
It brings us knowledge of the snow white dove.
It glows so bright, yet soft and light.
The ones that fly these balls so white.
Some call them angels, some sons of light.
They're here to rescue our mortal soul.
They're here to show us which way to go.
This Ball of Light called Merkavah,
is not a space ship from Shambala.
Filled with love and pure white light,
Truth and peace - this Ball of Light
Hear its message. If it is love,
It will not harm you if from above.
The Ball of Light won't come to all.
A better chance if you should call
this Ball of Light called Merkavah.
It's no space ship from Shambala.
The Ball of Light has come before.
It is written in all sorts of Indian lore.
North or South, East or West
        Religions all, to it attest:
Merkavah Merkavah - When will you come?
Merkavah Merkavah - How long will it be?
Merkavah Merkavah - Oh Ball of Light
Merkavah Merkavah - So pure and white.
Merkavah Merkavah - We need you badly.
Merkavah Merkavah - We welcome you gladly.
Merkavah Merkavah - Oh Ball of Light
Merkavah Merkavah - So pure and white.
Throughout our past its come and gone,
some say it's been here all along.
A ball of lightening it is not
it glows with love - it's not red hot.
It's not a space ship or an illusion.
It's peace and love - engaged infusion.
It's not the first, nor the last.
It's come before throughout the past.
North or South, East or West.
        All religious to it attest.
        It's mission here is Revelation.
        It's cargo carries inspiration.
You may go with it or you may stay.
You make the choice either way.
When you see it you will recall
why you came here after all.
        Understanding of the past
        Unsolved mysteries, small and vast.
        It won't bring fortune
        it won't bring fame . . .

CRYING BELLS
	The bells keep crying
 	For you to return.
	The bells keep crying
for you to come back to me.
	The bells started crying
        they day that you left.
	The bells have been crying
        every hour you are gone.
	The bells will remind me
        every hour you are gone.
	The bells keep on crying
        every hour on the hour.
The bells will remind me -
        They cry and they wail
        for you to return.
	Every morning I waken
        to the cry of the bells;
to the cry in my heart
        and the promise of lonliness.
Your absence has given an empty good-bye.
A lonely rememberance of days when we loved.
	Vacancy deep in my heart
Memories awake in the still of the night.
They haunt me and won't let me sleep
	If a moment of peace
        I happen to find,
	The bells will start crying
 	shatter freedom from you -
the freedom of seeing you face.

DEJA-VU

	Deja-vu, oh Deja-vu
Are you a dream come true.
	Is Deja-vu old or new
	Is Deja-vu present or past?
	Is Deja-vu slow or fast?
Have we met before on the ocean floor?
	Does time really change?
	Do we know the strange
	(have we seen the strange)
	It's happened before.
	I don't know when.
	It seems so familiar
	but it's entirely new.
	It's now and then
	It's a crack in time.
	Deja-vu is knowing the new.
Deja-vu is a dream come true.
	Deja-vu joins future and past
Deja-vu is a moment too fast.
Is it your thought or is it mine?
Deja-vu haunts the back of your mind.
Deja-vu is not simple to find.
	If time is an octave,
	then She is a song.
	Deja-vu sings
	so loud and strong.
	Her voice is the present
	before it happens;
	the past and the future
	as they cross in time
	the memory of tomorrow
	for telling the past.
	She remembers tomorrow
	she foretells the past
	the new is familiar
the strang is an old friend.
	It's happened before
	It's happening again.
	the future is found
in the back of your mind.
	Where the present and past
	become one of a kind.
When the old joins the new
	it's called Deja-vu.
	If yesterday wanders
	into tomorrows today
	the past becomes future -
	the future flys away.
	Deja-vu plays
with the time in our mind.
	Deja-vu changes
	our reference of time.
	She fools our perception
	of the moment at hand
	Deja-vu breaks
	every law in the land.
	When the future and past
	cross time in your mind,
	you remember today
	as it slowly unwinds.
	When the future is found
	in thoughts in the past
	time as we know it
	is conquered at last.

FOIBAL AND GREP
If I only knew the meaning of the words of that song.
Words like "Foibal" and "Grep" - words that sounded so strange.
That song that I heard - many years have gone by.
That song that I heard from that light in the sky.
It sounded so familiar - yet it sounded so strange -
The words and the music just came into my mind.
They come back so often - they just never went away
If I only knew their meanings I could tell you what it said.

That song that I heard - a long time past.
That song that I heard from that light in the sky.
The music was so pleasant; such a joy to the ear.
It must have been a message from some far away place.
If I only knew the meaning of the words of that song.
Words like "Foibal" and "Grep". Words like "Boice" and "Grawn".
They must have some meaning - in some strang sort of tongue.
They sounded so familiar, yet they sounded so strange.
Many years have gone by - that song that I have heard.
I ran from that light in the sky - If I only knew their spelling
	and just what they meant.
They will some day have a meaning. They will some how lift the fog
	Words like "Peace" and "Understanding"
	Words like "Brotherly Love".
They must have some meaning in some far away place
They must have some meaning far out there in space.
That song that I heard many years have gone by.
That song that I heard from that . . .
        Light in the Sky.

A FOOL IS BORN
There's a fool born every second
and a wise man once a year.
	It's always on their birthday,
        no matter what you hear.
The only difference I can see
is how they make their bed.
The wise man tried in every way
the fool can't quite learn three
(The fool is you and me.)
We all start out as wise men until we go to school.
It's there we're shaped and molded into a foolish fool
Forget what we once knew (and un-taught what we knew)
        (and learn how to forget)
This world is getting dumber each and every day
(it's not so much the knowledge)
Not in our achievements - it's just our attitudes.
We're only fooling you and me
	So let's not fool around.
We are the foolish fools that fool
	the fools that fool ourselves.
The only difference I can see
is who they think they are.
The wise man knows that he's a fool
the fool thinks he is wise.
The only difference really is a matter of degree
We seem to get much dumber (the older we become)
The more we seem to learn
We can't remember what it is
we forgot we're supposed to learn.
the fool tries to act wise.
The fools can't fool the foolish.
	The foolish just don't care.
The foolish are always (just like) foolin'
for the sake of being fools
(It's easy to be fooled yourself
        anytime you judge (fool around)
So don't be fooled by foolish fools
or by this foolish song -
The fool tries to learn wisdom
while the wise man learns to love.

GOOD BYE
	If good-bye wasn't so hard,
	Hello would be easy.
	Good-bye is remembering.
Hello is only fear of knowing.
If we could only say good-bye,
	we wouldn't fear hello.
	Memories cause us sadness
	Introductions only fear.
	The memory of good-bye
makes hello seem all to hard.
The fear of knowing stops us
	from meeting someone new.
	The pain parting causes
	makes a stranger even stranger.
	If good-byes weren't so painful
	Hello's would not be scary.
	Good-bye is sad and lonesome,
Hello is the fear of knowing
	one can cause the other
that's why they both are hard.
	If hello's weren't so frightening
Good-byes would not be so sad.
	If making friends was easier
this would be a better world.
If we focused on our sameness
instead of what is different (we would have a warmer world)
If we look for what we like
and not the things we hate,
	the strangers we disliked
might seem a bit more friendly.
	A stranger's first impression
always seems to be the worst
(especially if thier looks are foreign to our eyes)
(we keep on judging books by the color of their cover)
	Are not like our own.
	No matter what we're taught
(we're afraid to be a lover)
	We cannot seem to change
we treat the people we don't know
	exactly like a book.

	Let's stop treating strangers
like we treat an unknown book.
?Forget about their covers,
Don't judge them on their looks.
If their skin is not like ours
or their clothes do not impress
	Don't listen to their speech
or judge them by their dress.
Think how you look to them
	You're probably just as strange.
	You would feel badly
if you were asked to change.
	Let's stop judging strangers
as if they were a book.
	Judge them by their actions
and not on how they look.
Think of what a boring world
	if we all looked alike
	It wouldn't be too interesting
if we were all the same.
	The different kinds of people
(are the interests that we share)
are what makes this world alive.
	Let's stop judging people
as if they were a book.
	Judge them by their actions
and now on how they look.
	A rainbow wouldn't be a rainbow
If all the colors were one
The contrast of the varied colors
	give its many colors beauty
	and make it stand alone.
	A rainbow wouldn't be a rainbow
	if all its colors were one;
Its many colors give it beauty
and make it very special (stand [alone] apart)
	(Variety gives life its spice
it makes this world less stark.
If day and night were both the same
we would only know the dark.)
If day and night weren't differnt
we'd be living in the dark.
	Variety gives life its spice
and makes our world less stark.

CIRCLE
        THE CIRCLE NEVER ENDS
        OPPOSITES ARE ONE
        ROUND THE KARMIC CYCLE
        REACHING TO THE FLOW
        ALL IS REALLY NOTHING
        AS ABOVE, SO BELOW
        ROUND AND ROUND
        LIFE'S WHEEL OF WOE
        ROUND AND ROUND
        ROUND WE GO
        REPEATING BLUNDERS
        WE SHOULD KNOW BETTER
        LEARNING NOTHING
        FROM OUR MISTAKES
        LIKE A MOVIE
        WITH MANY MANY TAKES
        ONCE IS NOT ENOUGH
        TWICE IS STILL NO GOOD
        HOW MANY TIMES
        TILL WE GET THE MESSAGE
        HOW MANY TIMES
        TILL WE LEARN THE LESSON
